Accounts Payable Team Leader

We are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader for a well established company in Trafford, Manchester.

The main duties include:

• Direct people leadership of accounts payable team
• Implementing, supporting and delivering accounts payable strategy
• Managing all aspects of transactional processing within accounts payable team
• Drive productivity and deliver services in line with KPIs
• Work closely with Accounts Payable Manager to identify process improvements and drive best practice
• Be the senior escalation point in the event of unresolved or complex issues
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to monitor performance and resolve issues impacting productivity and accuracy
• Support in delivering audit
• Coach, train, develop and motivate the team.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Accounts Payable management experience
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment, for a large to medium sized company
• Good Excel skills
