Job Description - Accounts Payable/Receivable Assistant

The Opportunity
A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable / Receivable Assistant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in transactional finance who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer, supplier, and banking transactions
Create and issue invoices
Reconcile accounts and manage finance inbox
Support credit control via email and phone
Assist with month-end reporting and data collection
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
Ensure compliance with financial policies and data protection regulations

What We’re Looking For

Experience in accounts payable or receivable
Strong Excel and accounting software skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
A team player who can work to deadlines and solve problems effectively
