Are you a chartered accountant (AVA or ACCA) with experience in a range of accounting services, looking to manage your own portfolio of clients?

This fast-growing accountancy firm offers audit, tax, and business advisory services across Devon. Their clients include many local businesses and private individuals, and they have really made their mark within the Devon community.

You will have the opportunity to join a skilled team of accountants, working on a portfolio of clients and providing a range of accounting services, primarily to SMEs, partnerships and sole traders. You will serve as the trusted advisor for clients in your portfolio, addressing their accounting and business needs.

The Role:

• Overseeing a portfolio of clients and acting as a main point of contact, building long-term relationships
• Preparing financial statements, annual accounts, tax returns, and periodic management reports for clients
• Providing strategic financial insights to help clients to grow their businesses and improve their financial performance
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants and trainees, providing guidance and training

The Person:

• ACCA or ACA qualified - chartered accountant with full membership status (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven work experience within an accountancy practice environment
