Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee all aspects of invoicing, billing, and debt collection in our company. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company receives payment for goods and services offered and properly records the transactions.

Description

The Accounts Receivable Manager will;

• Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable function.
• Process invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Maintain accurate records and control reports.
• Manage the debt recovery process.
• Supervise the Accounts Receivable team to ensure all financial deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement the credit control system.
• Identify improvements to processes and procedures.
• Provide detailed reports of the company's billing activity to management.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience managing an Accounts Receivable team.
• Strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts.
• Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer
