What you'll do:

As an Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of administrators, ensuring the efficient operation the receivables administration functions. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, fostering strong relationships built on trust. Your excellent communication skills will be key in handling queries and reporting on KPIs. You will also be responsible for managing payments, including daily credit card transactions and ensuring timely receipt from customers. Your proactive approach will drive you to constantly seek ways to improve department performance.

• Lead a team of administrators to run the receivables administration functions.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business.
• Regularly report on the status of Receivables and other administration related KPI's.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Manage daily credit card payments.
• Ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Work with various teams to manage the recovery of overdue debt.
• Handle queries in a proactive and professional manner.
• Continually seek ways to improve department performance.
• Spend time coaching your team to help them develop.
