Job Description

Role: Accounts & Sales Associate
Function: B2B Sales | Account Management | Administration
Responsibility: Finding, closing and growing all new customer accounts.
Reports to: STYRKR Sales & Account Manager
Location: Gatwick Head Office (Crawley)
Compensation: Basic £24k pa | Performance Bonus | 20 Days Paid Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

As of now products from our own brands and our growing client base are sold and distributed across the UK, USA, EU as well as Asia and South America.

Due to a recent surge in growth, we’ve been making changes to our long-term strategy to drive efficient expansion of our sales team. Reporting directly to the STYRKR Sales & Account Manager, the Accounts & Sales Associate will be at the forefront, driving new business and growing existing customer accounts. Through the dedicated selling of our products to inbound enquiries and outbound sales opportunities, you will be expected to close and grow accounts as you develop within a thriving business. This will require the meticulous management of accounts and grit and determination to reach every target.

We are looking for a commercially driven, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering sales. The right person for the role will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running and push themselves outside of their comfort zone. Alongside this, you will be required to live and breathe our core values.

Main Accountabilities:

Assisting the STYRKR Sales & Account Manager with ad hoc tasks.
Inbound and outbound sales.
Manage existing and new customer accounts
Sales Administration
Payments and invoicing
Creating Sales Orders and fulfilment order processing
Arrange commercial invoices, logistics and delivery of orders
Manage sampling and tracking process.
After-sales support
Manage RMA’s and returns
Weekly/monthly/quarterly

reporting
Understand and communicate current stock forecasting
Managing CRM systems

Success in 6 months:

Be confidently managing new and current accounts.
Following all sales, sales ordering and fulfilment processes.
Have full control and ownership of the sampling process
Own and manage all RMA, Returns, BO and Sample requests.
Have demonstrable good communication and growth with all accounts.
Have a detailed understanding of the company’s products and capabilities.
Be able to successfully cover for the STYRKR Sales Business Development Manager

Success in 12 months:

Significant growth of existing accounts and new accounts.
Build relationships with all key accounts, distributors and partners.
Own and manage all sales, sales ordering and fulfilment processes.
Tapped into new sports and areas.
Smashing through targets.

Success in 24 months:

You have successfully built a large customer repertoire and show no signs of slowing down.
You have tapped into new industries and are attracting top-name accounts and contracts.
Have implemented a handful of new processes or technologies that have forever changed the way we do things for the better.

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.
