This Eastbourne-based accountancy firm is modern, inclusive, and sociable – and they’re seeking a qualified or part-qualified accountant to join them as an Accounts Senior.

Ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, loves supporting clients, and wants to progress their career in a relaxed yet professional environment.

The Role:

You’ll be managing your own portfolio, producing high-quality accounts and tax work while building trusted client relationships and supporting junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts

• Producing management accounts and VAT returns

• Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work

• Client liaison and advisory

• Working closely with managers and partners on complex client needs

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified

• Strong practice experience (minimum 3 years)

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Confident working independently and as part of a team
