Accounts Semi-Senior

are delighted to be supporting a well-established independent firm of Chartered
Accountants in Eastleigh, who are looking to recruit an Accounts Semi-Senior to
join their friendly and growing team.

• Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders,
  partnerships and limited companies.
  
• Assisting with the preparation of corporation tax
  and self-assessment tax returns.
  
• Producing management accounts for a range of
  clients.
  
• Supporting bookkeeping and VAT return preparation.
  
• Liaising directly with clients to answer queries
  and build strong working relationships.
  
• Working closely with senior members of the team on
  a varied client portfolio.
  
• Developing your technical knowledge and taking on
  additional responsibility as your experience grows.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a UK accountancy
  practice.
  
• Experience preparing accounts for a range of
  business entities.
  
• Studying AAT, ACA or ACCA, or keen to begin a
  professional qualification (study support provided).
  
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and
  positive approach.
  
• Good organisational skills and the ability to
  manage multiple deadlines.
