Job Description

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a Chartered Accountancy for an Accounts Senior to join the team on a permanent basis. The role involves managing a mixed client portfolio, preparing year-end accounts and tax returns, and supporting more junior team members with their development.

Main responsibilities

• Preparing accounts and tax computations for a range of business structures
• Supporting tax planning and compliance
• Supervising junior team members and reviewing their work
• Involvement in forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc projects
• Providing support and training to clients on commonly used accounting systems

Candidate Requirements

• Strong background in practice (minimum 3 years)
• Confident handling both accounts and tax matters
• Comfortable using cloud-based and desktop accounting tools
• Able to mentor others and work well in a collaborative environment
• Organised, client-focused, and detail-oriented
