Accounts Senior

As an Accounts Senior, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and limited companies, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

? Preparing year-end accounts and financial statements

? Reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations

? Supporting and mentoring junior team members

? Building strong client relationships and offering proactive business advice

? Liaising with HMRC and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations

?? ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or QBE with strong practice experience)

?? Experience in an accountancy firm handling a varied client portfolio

?? Proficient in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)

?? Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance

?? Excellent communication and client management skills

? Competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
