As an Accounts Senior, you'll be part of a 70-strong team that's big enough to offer the resources and expertise clients need but small enough to care about their growth and development.

This Accounts Senior position offers a varied and rewarding workload, supporting clients across multiple industries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts preparation for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
• Management accounts and VAT return preparation and review.
• Tax computations for both corporate and personal tax clients.
• Planning and leading audit assignments in line with UK GAAP.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Identifying opportunities for clients to improve efficiency and reduce tax liabilities.
• Client interaction - acting as a trusted advisor and handling queries proactively.

You'll be someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with clients. We're looking for:

• Experience in a general practice role within an accountancy firm.
• Strong technical skills in accounts, tax, and VAT.
• Ability to manage your own portfolio and deadlines effectively.
• A collaborative and proactive approach - team players wanted!
• Experience with Xero and Sage is an advantage.
