Accounts Senior

Our client, a friendly and well-established accountancy firm based in the heart of Brighton, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Senior to join their close-knit team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and experience will be valued.

• Working on a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial accounts.
• Preparation of year-end accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, and other financial reports.
• Overseeing bookkeeping duties and supporting clients with accounting queries.

• Previous experience as an Accounts Senior in an accountancy practice.
• ACA/ACCA/AAT qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent experience).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
