Are You an Experienced Accounts Senior Seeking a Clear Pathway to Manager?

We’re working with a well-established, independent Accountancy Practice based in Coventry that is seeking an ambitious and driven Accounts Senior to join their growing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

Prepare financial statements, year-end accounts, VAT returns, and management accounts
Take full ownership of larger Limited company accounts with minimal supervision
Support and mentor trainees, contributing to their technical development and success
Train junior team members, helping them build both confidence and capability
Work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit, supportive team

Competitive salary: £35,000 – £45,000+ (depending on experience)

Your Profile

Significant experience in Practice, particularly with Limited company accounts
Proficient in cloud-based accounting software, especially Xero
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong desire to progress
Able to balance technical expertise with excellent communication and teamwork
