At Autograph Recruitment, we’re proud to be working with a well-established firm in Newport as they look to welcome an experienced Accounts Senior to their expanding team. If you’ve worked in an accountancy practice and enjoy preparing limited company accounts, mentoring junior staff, and building strong client relationships this could be your next step.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and completing limited company accounts

• Reconciling accounts and ensuring everything adds up

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

• Answering client queries and offering solutions – in person, over the phone, or by email

• Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge via webinars and CPD learning

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice

• Confident with Xero and other accounting software

• Comfortable in a client-facing role

• A natural team player who enjoys helping others learn and grow

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to develop your own skills further
