I'm recruiting an experienced Accounts Senior to join a growing and forward thinking accountancy practice in Paisley.

This is far more than a traditional accounts role. You'll manage your own client portfolio, build trusted relationships and gain exposure to exciting advisory work including acquisitions, due diligence, forecasting and financial analysis.

Most importantly, this is a genuine opportunity to grow. As the practice continues to expand, you'll have the chance to develop your leadership skills, take on greater responsibility and progress your career.

What you'll be doing
* Manage your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
* Prepare and review statutory accounts
* Review and support the work of junior accountants
* Build strong, long term client relationships
* Meet clients and provide commercial advice
* Support advisory projects including acquisitions, disposals and due diligence
* Assist with forecasting, financial reporting and business analysis
* Help improve processes and drive efficiencies across the team

About you
* Previous accountancy practice experience
* ACCA qualification or be qualified by experience
* Strong accounts production experience
* Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* A proactive, commercial and collaborative approach
