An esteemed accountancy practice based in Chelmsford is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Senior Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and support on a range of accounting and financial matters.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring the highest standards of work and professional development.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all client queries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
• Proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio and delivering high-quality accounting services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
