Accounts Senior Manager – Hybrid Working (Hammersmith, London)

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000
Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible)
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office (Hammersmith), 2 days WFH

My client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Senior Manager to join their team in Hammersmith. This is a key role offering a mix of hands-on accounting and team leadership, with direct responsibility for a substantial client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Preparation (50%) – Prepare financial statements for a variety of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Bookkeeping & VAT (15%) – Oversee bookkeeping and VAT return processes.
• Reviewing Accounts (35%) – Review and provide feedback on accounts prepared by junior staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACCA or ACA qualified.
• At least 5 years post-qualification experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong track record of mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Extensive experience preparing accounts for SMEs.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Ability to manage a high workload and delegate effectively.

Client Portfolio & Tools:

• Direct responsibility for 200–250 company clients.
• Oversight of an additional 250+ clients.
• Software: Digita, Xero.
