Accounts/ Stock Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts/Stock Assistant to join my client’s forward-thinking organisation based in Inverness!

Duties will include:

• Supporting month-end stock processes (journals, duty reclaims)
• Accurately matching supplier invoices to receipts
• Completing daily/weekly fuel reconciliations in a timely manner
• Identifying and investigating any discrepancies
• Maintaining internal controls and suggest improvements

The successful candidate will:

• Have strong Excel and numerical skills
• Have excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have experience in stock control (advantageous)
