Job Description - Accounts Supervisor

Crowe Watson Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Ballygawley to recruit an experienced Accounts Supervisor. As Accounts Supervisor, you will take on a varied and hands-on role, managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accounts, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring that high standards of service are maintained. The successful candidate will join a friendly, dynamic team within a well-established and respected firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to its clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and review of year-end accounts for a portfolio of clients
  • Manage and support junior staff members
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Liaise with clients to provide advice and resolve queries
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
