Job Title: Accounts Supervisor

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000

Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate with previous experience supervising and supporting a team.

We are currently recruiting for a brilliant Reed client based in Wolverhampton! The team are longstanding, friendly and welcoming! We are looking for an Accounts Supervisor with a positive mindset and fabulous Excel skills to join them on a permanent basis. This role is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate, experienced in Transactional Accounts, to support a team of Accounts Administrators and get involved with analysis and reporting! We are looking for a motivated individual that wants to stay and grow with the business for years to come!

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Learn and support every role within the accounts team, which includes various administrative and processing positions.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvements within the team and contribute to the planning and implementation of automation within the department!
• Conduct training for the accounts team, particularly in Excel.
• Assist the Finance Manager with Excel reporting tasks such as reconciliations and data analysis.

Ideally, You Will:

• Have proven accounting knowledge, including procedures, principles, and compliance.
• Be a confident user of Microsoft Excel with at least the use of V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a consistent ability to meet deadlines.
• Be a positive individual that is able to support and motivate the team!
