Accounts Supervisor

An outsourcing business in Gloucester (hybrid working offered) is currently recruiting an Accounts Supervisor to join their team.

Duties will include:

• Primary point of contact for specified client base, reviewing and providing required analysis on their accounts
• Liaise with the team to ensure reports are tailored to clients’ needs
• Oversee and mentor junior members of staff ensuring all work correct and On time
• Manage full period-end closure procedure
• Provide training and advice for team members
• Assist with ongoing process improvements within the team

The successful candidate will ideally be fully ACA/ACCA qualified and worked within an accounting environment with client interaction. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential.
