The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a strong academic background in Drama or Theatre Arts and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• Possesses a minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level (preferred).


• Demonstrates a creative and engaging teaching style that incorporates a variety of approaches, from traditional acting exercises and improvisation games to movement exploration and multimedia integration.


• Maintains a positive and supportive classroom environment where all students feel comfortable taking risks, embracing their creativity, and exploring their dramatic potential.


• Possesses a contagious passion for theatre and a commitment to fostering a lifelong love for the performing arts in students.
