Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented Activation Producer to join our team at Strange Thoughts. The Activation Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end production of our immersive activations, from concept development to execution. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation and development of immersive activation concepts, working closely with clients and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
Manage all aspects of activation production, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and technical, to ensure seamless execution of activations that align with client objectives and brand standards.
Research and source unique venues, props, and technology solutions to enhance the immersive experience and create memorable moments for guests.
Oversee the production of event materials, including set design, branding, and interactive elements, ensuring quality and consistency.
Provide on-site management and support during activations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback and insights to inform future activation planning and strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in event production, experiential marketing, or related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful activations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and immersive experiences, able to translate client objectives into engaging activations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and innovation, constantly seeking new ideas and opportunities to push creative boundaries.
Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to travel as required.
