Actuary Specialist - Russian Speaking

An Insurance conglomerate are looking for a Russian speaking Actuary Specialist specialising in IFRS 17. Joining an ever-growing team, you will play a critical role within the team, showing your expertise within IFRS 17.

You will work closely with Senior Leadership, providing key updates. This role requires robust analytical and project management skills where you utilise your knowledge of IFRS 17. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders requires a confident communicator for this opportunity!

Duties include:

• Take ownership of evaluating financial strength and risk exposure across a portfolio of insurance and reinsurance firms, delivering clear and well-supported assessments to inform decision-making.
• Engage directly with executive-level stakeholders during company visits and meetings to gather insights, supported by senior team members as needed, ensuring thorough and timely analysis.
• Monitor assigned entities continuously, tracking sector developments and emerging risks, and distilling complex industry trends into actionable intelligence.
• Participate actively in internal review forums, contribute expert input on peer evaluations, and support thought leadership efforts through written commentary, presentations, and industry networking.

You will be part-qualified / qualified Actuary.
