Autism Together is a growing provider of residential, supported living and day services, and we are looking to recruit an individual to support the admin team.
The post holder will support the head of central support services to help provide administrative support in a professional manner to a variety of directorates, working within a small team.
What you will be doing..
To provide an efficient administration service to the organisation, ensuring a smooth efficient running of the service involving the Charities activities. This includes word processing, emails, accurate record keeping and creating/maintaining reporting systems when required.
To assist in the smooth running of specific systems to ensure efficient support to the Charity, i.e. Word, Access, Excel.
To act as first point of contact for visitors and staff and receive them in a polite and courteous manner.
To assist the Learning Culture Team with external training delegates where required.
To keep the Reception area secure and ensure that deliveries are stored safely and collected in a timely way.
To respond to telephone and email enquiries to the Registered Office in a professional and courteous manner, dealing with or referring calls from staff, parents, Trustees, people we support or the public, as appropriate.
To monitor stationery and cleaning products’ stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
To sort and distribute incoming mail and to record and frank outgoing mail appropriately, including taking mail to the Post Office in time for their 4.50pm collection.

Hours of work - 37 hours and 30 minutes per week, to be worked across a 5 day period (Monday to Friday).
