We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is key to the smooth running of our office, providing vital support to ensure day\-to\-day operations are efficient and effective.
The ideal candidate will be a self\-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
Manage and maintain office filing systems, databases, and records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Provide administrative support to management and wider teams
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock is maintained
Support with onboarding of new staff and general HR admin
Assist with invoice processing and basic finance tracking
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional office environment
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Professional, positive attitude with a can\-do approach
