£8.83 per hour

09:00-17:00 - Monday to Friday

Nos Da Healthcare are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our small close knit team based in Bargoed.

The Recruitment Administrator will support a busy Payroll and Recruitment team.

Main responsibilities include:-

managing candidate queries.
liaising with third party suppliers.
posting job adverts and arranging interviews.
Handle candidates professionally on the phone taking enquiries and booking and coordinating interviews.
Compliance, Including chasing references, undertaking DBS's and booking staff onto training.
Prioritise their workload and continually update progress to branch manager.
Post adverts and download CVs and applications
Help prepare interview packs
Book interview rooms
Identify process improvements in our recruitment admin process
Organising files and folders of recruitment to ensure GDPR compliance
