Temporary Administrative Assistant (6–8 Week Assignment)

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant for a temporary 6–8 week assignment. The role will primarily involve reviewing and creating purchase orders (POs), maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and create purchase orders (POs)

* Ensure accuracy of documentation and data entry

* Maintain administrative records and filing systems

* Support the team with general administrative tasks

* Assist with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

* Previous administrative experience

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

* Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
