We're an established exterior cleaning company based in Sanderstead, and we're on the lookout for a brilliant Admin Assistant to become the beating heart of our office. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the calm presence behind the scenes, and the person who makes sure every job runs like clockwork from first enquiry to happy customer.

What You'll Be Doing
* Handling general phone and email enquiries with a friendly, professional touch
* Keeping our company records and databases accurate and up to date
* Assisting with the preparation of quotation packs and customer communications
* Supporting the administration of jobs from initial enquiry through to completion
* Providing general office and administrative support to keep the team running smoothly
The Details
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week 9:00am-17:30pm
* Salary: £27,000 - £28,000
* Location: Sanderstead
