Key Responsibilities: Support event operation tasks including but not limited to; booking accommodation, travel and on-site catering for the live sporting events To support company’s CEO on administrational tasks and diary management Coordinate booking all staff working on the events Support on general administration of players competing in the events Produce clear and concise travel and meeting schedules for site visits Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs Onsite support at all events, event operations, player logistics and hospitality
Skills and Experience: Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to details Strong IT skills including confident on Microsoft office suite Attention to detail in own work Ability to liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally Industry awareness of live events Bring innovation, be creative and able to think outside the box Ability to work to budget Willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked as well as company’s CEO out of hours Ability to multi-task Ability to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periods
