Admin Assistant

Vector are currently recruiting for a Temporary Admin Assistant for one of our thriving Drainage Contractors based in New Alresford, Hampshire.

Position : Admin Assistant

Temporary Contract

Roles and Responsibilities : As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible forassisting with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, preparing documents for meetings, office support to the supervisors, updating spreadsheets and recording holidays.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30am

5pm
However, hours can be negotiable and possible option for part time hours.

Salary:
£11.44 per hour

Requirements:
Access to personal transportation, as the depot is not easily reachable via public transit.
Previous administration support and/or experience in an administrative position would be advantageous.
Good communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to handle multiple tasks competently and accurately meeting deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
