Admin Assistant (Part Time)

The Job You’ll Do:

* Raising purchase orders with approved suppliers

* Booking delivery notes onto our internal system

* Raising work orders for production

* Booking carriers and arranging transport for outgoing deliveries

* General administrative support across the office as needed

* Assisting with regular stocktaking

* Liaising with Head Office

About You:

* Good attention to detail and comfortable working with Microsoft Office Programs

* Previous administrative, purchasing, or office support experience (manufacturing or engineering environment a plus, but not essential)

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload

* A clear communicator, confident liaising with suppliers, carriers, and colleagues

* Reliable and punctual, with a proactive, can-do attitude

* Ideally a driving licence and own transport
