Admin Support - Supply Chain
Hybrid (3 days on-site in London Westworks)
Pay rate: £18-20 per hour umbrella rate

Description
Handles all organizational and administrative details of all projects.
Has a key role in projects related to administrative competencies and office management works under close supervision and assists in the delivery of a full range of services to various units
Handling of administrative projects: (tasks with clearly defined content and time limitations)
Work processes in own area of responsibility: act along common predefined guidelines.
Supports basic administrative projects

Requirements
Administrative assistant, Supply Chain
Good MS suite experience: Outlook, excel, PowerPoint, word
Strong in Excel and comfortable working with different systems
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and slide decks.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Confident in communicating with various stakeholders

Service-oriented
Not necessarily a senior, but have some experience and am willing to join a dynamic team and join immediately.
