IFA Administrator

Are you an experienced financial services administrator looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a highly respected Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm based in Medway, and they’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

As an IFA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and processing new business applications
• Managing client records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
• Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams
• Supporting the preparation of client review packs and reports
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files

• Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Confident using financial platforms and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
