Our client, a well-established electrical company, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Administration Assistant to join their team based in Sunderland.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support the project handover process by accurately transferring information from handwritten NIC test sheets onto the company's electronic system. This is a data input-focused role requiring excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Duties
* Input data from handwritten NIC test sheets into the electronic system.
* Ensure all information is entered accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain high levels of attention to detail when handling project documentation.
* Support the team with administrative tasks relating to project handovers.
Requirements
* Previous administration or data entry experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good computer literacy and confidence using electronic systems.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Assignment Details
* Location: Sunderland
* Duration: 8 weeks
* Hours: 3 days per week
* Start Date: Monday 20th July
* Rate: £14.24 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
