Job Description - Administration Assistant

Administration Assistant
£11.50 per hour
Didcot

Pertemps Didcot are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to work in the for our client based in Didcot.

Your daily duties will include:
  • Taking telephone bookings from customers
  • Using internal systems to process orders
  • Liaising with internal departments for material refurbishments
  • Contacting customers confirming order details
  • Creating internal reports
  • General administration duties

To be considered for this Administrator role, you will have the following skills/experience:
  • SAP knowledge (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good working pro-actively with minimal supervision
  • Good attention to detail in order to understand and correctly perform tasks
  • Proficient IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office applications

More about the role:
  • Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 / Friday 08:00-16:00
  • Start date: Immediate following Interview process
  • Weekly pay or monthly pay offered
  • Full training provided on internal systems
  • Free Parking
