Administration Clerk – Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Clerk to join a busy and fast-paced transport office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual looking to secure a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support within a busy transport office
Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
Data entry and updating internal systems
Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Filing, scanning, and general office administration duties
Supporting the transport team with day-to-day operational tasks

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous administration experience, ideally within a transport, logistics, or busy office environment
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive and proactive attitude
