GPD is a social purpose company working at the intersection of human rights and digital technologies. We work to ensure that human rights underpin how we develop, use, and govern digital technologies.
Through advocacy, partnerships, capacity building, networks, and research, we have a successful track record in shaping rights-respecting laws and policies globally. We have also helped build a more diverse digital policy ecosystem by actively partnering with civil society partners in the global majority and promoting their perspectives in global policy processes.
We're looking for a proactive and organised Admin Officer to help keep Global Partners Digital running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of our operations. One day you might be coordinating logistics for a high-profile international event, the next you'll be managing our social media presence or supporting financial administration.
You'll sit within our Core Function (operational) team, working closely with the COO and supporting GPD's projects, including the Freedom Online Coalition (FOC) Support Unit, a global initiative promoting internet freedom.
If you thrive on variety, enjoy being the person who makes things happen behind the scenes, and care about the work you're enabling, this could be a great fit.
The Admin Officer sits within GPD's operational team (Core Function) and plays a central role in keeping the organisation running day-to-day. Reporting to the COO, this role is the operational backbone of GPD, working across a varied mix of responsibilities including financial admin, HR and IT support, event and travel logistics, and comms support. You'll also collaborate closely with GPD's other functions and projects, including the Freedom Online Coalition (FOC) team, playing an essential behind-the-scenes role in enabling GPD's mission.
