Administrator

Role: Administrator (FTC 9 months)

Location: Seaham

Salary: Up to £29k per annum

Our client is a popular food manufacturer who is known across the world. They currently seek an Administrator to join their technical team for a fixed period of 9 months. The successful applicant will work onsite at their Seaham location for 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm).

Duties will include:

• Collecting, labelling, packaging and sending samples externally
• Collecting ingredients and products from reception/warehouse for NPD
• Supporting trial data and sample collection
• Cleaning/tidying NPD kitchen and test bakery
• Supporting sample submission (mini specs)
• Packaging spec database updates
• General database updates

Required knowledge, skills or experience:
