The Role;

• General administrationby accurately maintaining records, updates, and adjustments on an inhouse database
• Responsibility for good all-round customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the company’s incoming and outgoing communications, including error checking
• Effectively managing the office ensuring stationary stocked and all areas tidy in accordance with clear desk policy
• To support the whole team through efficient administration of the processes and responsibilities arising from the clients they manage, liaising with the team as appropriate
• Plus much more

About You;

• Previous experience within an office administration role
• Excellent customer service
• A desire to learn and gain knowledge of a new sector
• Working knowledge of windows
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Great organisation
