Being a confident communicator, you will need to enjoy building relationships with both internal and external contacts, have an outgoing and confident personality, whilst providing a "one-stop" support function relating to quotations, credit limits, payments, contracts and funding.

Duties:

• Set up and maintain dealers onto funding system
• Set up user access
• Set up and maintain funding plans
• Process credit limits and limit amendments
• Monitor and administer stock facilities, accounts, loans and mortgages
• Assist with new proposals and credit increases
• Respond to all incoming requests via email and telephone

The Individual:

• Proficient on Excel including formulae, Pivots, V look-ups
• Highly organised and with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator and enjoy interacting with internal and external contacts - relationship building
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Able to use own initiative, keen to learn and not afraid to ask questions
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
