Job Description - Administrator

We are proudly working with a promotions company based in Esher that have been running for over 30 years, they are looking for a dynamic, team orientated individual that wants to work for a company that offers you the chance to grow and develop in a fun and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders using CRM System and Excel
  • Responding to phone and email queries in a professional manner
  • Liaising with clients, maintaining detailed records on CRM
  • Fulfilment of orders and claims using current suppliers
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of bespoke orders
  • Maintain supplier relationships, updating CRM with accounting and pricing.
  • Assist in other areas of the company as required

Skills:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confident communicator - verbal and written
  • Excellent literacy and numeric skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel)
