Nigel Wright is pleased to support a well-known local organisation in the search for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Handling incoming client calls and assisting with inquiries
Booking appointments through the internal system
Performing data entry of client information on Excel and internal databases
Managing the team inbox, organizing correspondence and responding accordingly
Taking meeting notes and preparing Word and PowerPoint documents
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Immediate availability and commitment to a temporary assignment (expected to last around 3 months)
