Administrator

Salary: £23,700 - £25,500 pro-rata, dependent on experience
This on-site role is part-time, working 25 hours per week, 07:00-12:30

We are looking for one part-time Administrator to join a dynamic and diverse Administration and Communications team who support STEM Learning Limited!

Please note, this role will require hands on catering assistance in the mornings.

Our ideal candidate will be resourceful, good at solving problems and highly organised assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner. The ability to work as part of a large busy team and show exceptional communication skills is of high importance given the strong customer service aspect of this role.

Previous office or administration experience is not essential but preferred. You must possess a good level of education and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills coupled with the ability to pick up and work with new systems quickly and easily along with the adeptness to multi task.

Key tasks of the role include:

• Lead the catering operations, including out-of-hours provision for breakfast (07:00 start)
• Oversee the daily cleaning and upkeep of catering areas
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure adequate provisions are available each week
• Administrative tasks from across all areas of the business
• General administrative support, including data processing using spreadsheets and databases
• Liaise with internal and external customers.
