Job Description - Administrator

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a high level of attention to detail looking to join a friendly team?

We are looking for a passionate and friendly person to join our small, family run consultancy that specialises within the health and social care sector in the UK. We are excited to announce we will be opening our second location in the Alicante Region and are looking for an administrator on a full time, self-employed (autonomo) basis to join us on our expansion. We require someone who is driven, self-motivated and reliable with a high level of attention to detail who can work in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you have a fast laptop, a headset or headphones and be fluent in English.

Your Day to Day as an Administrative Assistant at OakGar Recruitment:

  • Managing email inboxes and use of our database.
  • Data entry.
  • Writing and updating resumes / CVs.
  • Writing and posting job descriptions to job boards.
  • Ability to focus and learn the terminology used within the Health and Social Care Sector.
  • Assisting your supervisor to optimise efficiency throughout the business.
  • Generating leads for the sales team.
  • Regular audits to ensure data is up to date.
  • Data enrichment to ensure all data is correct.

What we look for from the ideal Administrative Assistant:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Friendly and professional individual who has a desire to go above and beyond.
  • Goal and target driven to consistently achieve the best for yourself and OakGar Recruitment.
  • Professional use of language.
  • Strong administration and organisation skills.
  • High attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
  • A love for data entry, being able to be both fast and accurate.
  • Possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and succeed.
  • Fast laptop and headset or the equivalent.
