Administrator - Technical Records team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a vital support role within aircraft maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive and confidential information with precision.

What You'll Do:

As a Technical Records Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that all technical records are meticulously maintained and compliant with regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Documentation Preparation: Prepare essential documentation
• Data Management: Enter, review, and audit aircraft maintenance data with precision.
• Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between customers and certifying staff to resolve paperwork queries.
• Billing Support: Assist with warranty, invoicing, and corrective action tracking to ensure billing accuracy.
• System Updates: Keep our systems updated throughout the maintenance work for seamless operations.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain and update technical records with attention to detail.
• Document organisation: Create and organise both digital and physical documents for suppliers.
• Maintenance Tracking Assistance: Support customers with efficient maintenance tracking.

What We're Looking For:

• A keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• Strong communication abilities to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience in aviation maintenance records or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in data entry and management systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
