Job Description - Administrator

Administrator - Perfect Step Up for a Junior Office Professional!
Location: Colwick, Nottingham
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

SF Recruitment is working in partnership with a fantastic, well-established business based in Colwick, and we're on the lookout for a confident, people-focused Administrator to join their growing team!

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with around 1-2 years' experience in an office admin/customer support role who's looking to step into a more complex and rewarding position - with amazing training, development, and progression opportunities on offer.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting customers over the phone and by email
  • Handling queries, issues, and billing questions with professionalism
  • Performing credit checks and updating customer records
  • Collaborating with couriers to ensure successful deliveries
  • Producing reports and supporting the wider team with admin tasks
  • Keeping systems and documentation up to date

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an office/administration role
  • A confident phone manner - you're comfortable talking to customers
  • Strong IT skills - confident with Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership of your work
