Job Description - Administrator

Do you have administrative experience?

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge?

If so, then this may be a great opportunity for you!

What will you be doing?
• You will be providing administrative support to the project teams,
• Responsible for identifying, tracking and distributing documents,
• Managing the electronic filing system,
• Providing general office administration.

Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a leading system integrator who were founded over 100 years ago.
• They offer full turn-key solutions from design and project management through to electrical, mechanical and technology.

What you'll need:
• Experience within a similar administrative role,
• Ability to multi-task,
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
