We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Administrator to join our supply chain team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of orders, inventory management and administrative coordination between the warehouse and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, a strong communicator and capable of supporting both administrative and hands-on warehouse tasks when needed. This role may involve occasional manual handling or physical activity in the warehouse.
Administrator Key Responsibilities of the role:
Process and check incoming surveys and documentation.
Process customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently.
Book stock into Sage, maintain up-to-date inventory records and manage reporting of cycle counting
Perform goods receipting and dispatch orders through internal systems.
Ensure all paperwork and records are filed and maintained correctly and support resolving invoice queries.
Carry out stocktaking and inventory checks as required.
Run system reports and perform regular system audits.
Escalate any discrepancies, issues, or queries to the appropriate departments.
Accurately input data into internal databases and maintain system integrity.
Act as the key point of contact between the warehouse and logistics partners.
Coordinate and help optimise deliveries and outbound logistics.
Support the management of office and warehouse facilities and equipment.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and all relevant company procedures.
The successful Administrator will have the following skills and expereince:
Computer literate - Excel (advanced), MS Word and Outlook
Sage 200 (Preferred)
Salesforce (Preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience within fast moving environments
Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
A good team player, with the ability to work independently
In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of £24,000-£25,000 depending on your skills and experience. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5pm its based in Redditch with free parking it will be based within a Warehouse office environment.
