We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Administrator to join our clients team. This role is crucial in providing first-class support to Advisers and clients, ensuring the highest level of service at all times. You will work closely with Advisers, Directors, and Paraplanners, handling plans and investments and providing administrative and technical support. This position requires a commitment to continuous professional and personal development, with support provided for further training and examinations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Arrange plans and investments as recommended by Advisers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to enable Advisers to serve clients effectively.
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships across the business, ensuring effective communication.
  • Respond to internal and external queries promptly, ensuring service standards are met.
  • Manage diaries and tasks related to client work, including processing new business and changes to existing plans.
  • Prepare files for review meetings, write agendas, and ensure post-meeting actions are processed within service level agreements.
  • Keep up to date with IT and back-office system changes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of financial services terminology and solutions, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a busy and varied workload with high accuracy.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably in a support role.
  • Working towards CII or CISI professional qualifications, or a commitment to achieving these.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of handling client communications via letter, email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Proficiency in using financial services databases and back-office systems.
